Learn the drums in Kleve
Drum set, cajon and percussion – from your first groove to preparing for a music college entrance exam.
Drums have been at the heart of MUKL since it was founded in 1999: head of school Marc Küsters is a drummer himself, graduated in Utrecht and has played in bands from jazz and Latin to rock for many years.
You learn on real drum kits in well-equipped rooms – as a beginner, returning player or with the goal of studying music. If you prefer playing with your hands, cajon, congas, bongos and percussion are for you.

From what age can you start?
Children, teenagers, adults and seniors learn the drums with us. We are happy to discuss in the free trial lesson whether it is the right time for your child to start.
Do I need my own instrument?
Just ask us when you book your trial lesson – we will tell you whether to bring anything and advise you on which instrument makes sense to start with.
How much do lessons cost?
You can find the current prices in our tuition fees (PDF, German). The first trial lesson is free.
Individual or group lessons?
Both are possible. In the trial lesson we will advise you on what suits you best.
